What will the Field Services Engineer do?
As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be the frontline hero, providing timely and precise solutions to our esteemed customers. From diagnosing and repairing equipment on-site to delivering structured training, you'll be instrumental in ensuring our clients receive unparalleled service at every interaction. As a Field Services Engineer you will deliver prompt and accurate diagnostic reports, Conduct on-site evaluations and repairs with precision, Provide comprehensive customer training to optimise equipment utilisation, handle workshop repairs and returns efficiently and ensuring all paperwork adheres to company and customer guidelines.

What we need from you!
you thrive in the Field Services Engineer role, you will ideally bring at least 2 years of relevant experience to the table, demonstrating your proficiency problem solving. A Mechanical or electrical engineering prowess, Proficiency in IT and Windows systems, Completion of an engineering or electrical apprenticeship/degree and Ideally, CSCS certification (though not essential). You will come with fantastic customer focus and be willing to go the extra mile, as well as possessing great communication skills.
