Job Description:

As an IT Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, specifically supporting 2 x Commercial and 1 x Production (LAN/WAN). Your responsibilities will include system administration, incident / problem / change management, technical support, asset management, project work, documentation management, IT order management, and EHS support. With your expertise, you'll contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.

Requirements:

We are seeking an adept IT Support Administrator with a solid understanding of the IT industry landscape. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a variety of technologies, including Windows Operating Systems, SharePoint, SAP, Citrix, VMWare, Veritas Backup Exec, Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Groups), and Automated Deployment Tools (with preference for In-tune and Baramundi). Alongside technical prowess, exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills are essential. Additionally, 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is desired, as well as a passion for collaborative teamwork and achieving collective objectives.
