Location:  London Bridge (with occasional international and domestic travel within the UK)
Hours: Full-time, Mon - Fri (40 hours per week)

Purpose of the Role : As a Senior Food Technologist, you will support the Technical Manager in delivering the Food Technology requirements for New Product Development (NPD), food safety, and quality. You will collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams (procurement, sales, supply chain, and operations) to ensure alignment and efficient achievement of company objectives.

Key Responsibilities as a Senior Food Technologist:

• Deliver food technology requirements for New Product Development (NPD) and other projects, providing timely progress updates and addressing potential delays.

• Offer technical expertise to inform and guide Sales, Procurement, and external customers.

• Manage product specifications and support the continuous improvement of the supply chain.

• Liaise with suppliers to ensure compliance with customer requirements and audit actions.

• Maintain regulatory compliance with international food safety standards.

What we’re looking for in a Senior Food Technologist:

• Minimum of 3 years in the food industry, with a solid understanding of UK food legislation and food safety systems ( Frozen food preferred)

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

• Degree in Food Technology or a related field; HACCP knowledge and relevant qualifications are desirable.
