Employment Type: 7.00 pm - 15.00 pm, TOTAL 37.5 hours a week
Job Description:
As a Sous Chef, you will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade. You will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that service runs smoothly. You will work closely with the Head Chef to create innovative and exciting dishes that delight our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within your specialty
- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow health and safety regulations
- Assisting the Head Chef
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Food Safety Certificate
